Honestly I was a bit nervous about the whole website thing, but they made it easy. The new one actually feels calm, like the studio, and people can just book from their phone in a few taps. I don't get nearly as many "do you have time now?" calls anymore. Really happy with how it turned out.

Our old site did the shop no favours. This one looks proper and it's quick on the phone, which is where everyone finds us. Best part is the booking — most guys show up already booked and knowing what cut they want. Had a couple of small tweaks along the way and they sorted them fast.

All my bridal work used to be buried in Instagram. Now it's in one place and it looks the way I actually wanted. Brides book trials straight through the site instead of messaging me back and forth for days. I've had more enquiries since, and they were patient with all my little change requests.

We've always got work through word of mouth, so I wasn't sure a website would do much. Turns out people like seeing the finished jobs before they call, and the quote form keeps it simple. Had a few requests come in the first week. Straight-talking lot, no jargon, which I appreciated.
